Uric acid remedy.

Uric acid:

Being healthy is not for special occasions. It is a daily challenge to strengthen oneself internally. Nutrition is just as important as cultivating healthy habits to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of one of the most common chronic diseases. With our busy programs and easy choices, having high uric acid levels is one of the problems many of you may face.

Uric acid is a chemical found in your blood that is created when something called purine is broken down in your body. Purine is found in foods such as peas, spinach, anchovies, mushrooms, dried beans, and even beer. Most of the uric acid that is formed in the body dissolves in the blood and is excreted by the kidneys. If your body produces too much uric acid or you can't get enough of it, it can lead to hyperuricemia.

High levels of uric acid in the body can be detected by a blood test. The three most important components of a diet are carbohydrates, proteins and fats. After the protein is secreted, the final product produced is uric acid which is excreted in the urine. People who are overweight or obese may also produce more urine that is often stored in the lower body.

High levels of uric acid in your body can cause a number of problems. It leads to the formation of solid crystals within the joints causing a painful condition called gout. It can also cause kidney stones and lead to kidney failure in severe cases. The amount of uric acid in your body can be determined by a simple blood test so it is important that you check it regularly.
The normal range of uric acid in your body is 3.4 to 7 mg / dL for men and 2.4 to 6 mg / dL for women. You need to drink plenty of water to get rid of excess uric acid. Also, eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.

Proper hydration also helps to prevent kidney formation and maintain a healthy, excess weight that can cause gout.

3. Baking soda for gout:

Some herbalists have suggested that baking soda may alleviate the symptoms of gout. Since baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can lower stomach acid, they believe that eating it will increase your blood's alkalinity, and lower your uric acid level.

According to Kidney Atlas, the recommended dose for baking soda is ½ teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in water, up to 8 times a day. They also recommend that those with high blood pressure, or those who monitor their salt intake, consult their doctor before trying this method.

Dipping a member in cold water is the same but gentle method. Keep the foot or other limb high when using a compress, if possible, or lift for 20 minutes after immersion in water. Be careful not to soak for too long or let the water temperature get too cold, as this can make the symptoms worse.
